FS-1500VTS-H is an automated testing platform developed by Fstar for measuring IVL (Current-Voltage-Luminance) and module optical parameters of microdisplays. Unlike other optical testing platforms for OLED screens, it is designed to test microdisplays ranging from 0.2 inches to 2 inches. The measurement spot of the spectrometer is <0.5mm, with a positioning accuracy error of <0.01mm in the X/Y direction, a viewing angle rotation accuracy error of <0.05°, and a detection accuracy error of <0.05mm for microdisplay thickness. The system ensures that the offset of the measurement spot on the surface of the microdisplay under test is less than 0.2mm throughout the 0-80° viewing angle test.
Hardware communication control via testing software:
Provides integrated software with functions such as automatic control of platform movement programs, power supply and meter control, room-temperature panel measurement control, and sample lighting control.
Precise output of required test patterns via software control:
The software can control the sample lighting device to accurately output required test patterns to meet testing conditions. Test patterns include but are not limited to: grayscale patterns of different colors, checkerboard patterns, response time test patterns, etc. It supports switching panel patterns for fully automated measurement and can control graphic switching on finished Android smartphones to enable automatic measurement of the entire device.
Versatile testing conditions:
Test conditions include but are not limited to: optical measurements at room temperature and high/low temperatures, measurements under conditions such as platform movement/rotation, and tilting of light sources and detectors.
Automated testing capabilities:
Enables synchronized control of the platform, digital source meters, and sample lighting to achieve automated testing. It controls sample lighting devices via interfaces such as RS-232, USB, and network ports (TCP/IP or UDP protocols) in accordance with customer-provided communication protocols.
Data export and sharing:
Data and charts of all test items for a single sample or multiple samples can be exported to a complete Excel file. The Excel file is editable, report formats can be user-defined, and file names are automatically generated in a unified format (including information such as experiment items, product names, and timestamps). Files can be shared to designated computers simultaneously.
