Mobile Phone Lifetime Testing System

Currently, lifetime/long-term image retention testing for OLED projects mainly relies on manual testing, with luminance and chromatic coordinates collected daily. There are three main limitations:

  1. On the one hand, the workload is heavy, and efficiency is low due to the lack of automation.
  2. Due to reliance on manual positioning, there are deviations in test points each time, resulting in low test accuracy.
  3. There are few data collection points (only 1 point per day), making it impossible to depict detailed aging curves.


Procuring AMOLED lifetime/long-term image retention testing equipment will enable automation, high positioning accuracy, and 24/7 real-time data collection to meet current testing requirements.

 系统特点

1. 测试项目:亮度、亮度衰减比、色度值(x, y, u')、色温值(Tc)、发光光谱、衰减时间、已测时间、测试温度、预估寿命等;

2. 可以显示每个工位在不同画面(白/红/绿/蓝)下亮度随时间衰减的曲线,支持随时输出测试数据到Excel报表中;

3. 可以将测试数据上传到本地服务器中随时进行查看(需要提供对应接口进行通讯);

4. 测试中断和恢复:测试过程实时保存数据,测试暂停或软件意外退出,重启软件后仍可恢复原来的测量:

5. 测试时间间隔设定:可分成3个以上阶段设置,每个阶段可设定独立的测量时间间隔;

6. 测试结束条件设定:① 以测试时间进行设定; ② 以亮度衰减百分比进行设定

7. 测试过程中可以开始其他工位的测试,对当前正在测试的项目没有影响;

8. 软件实时备份测试数据,备份周期可以设定。
